Funeral services for Charles F. Solloway, 54, of 110 Willow Dr., who died at 8:45 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph's Hospital after a short illness, were held today In the Forest G. Hay and Son Funeral Home. Officiating was Rev. John Zemanick, S.S.E., of St. Mary's College. Burial was in Highland Cemetery.

Mr. Solloway was born on Dec. 16, 1913, in South Bend. Ile Is survived by his mother, Mrs. Richard T. DeRauck, of Three Oaks: two daughters. Mrs. Richard T. Perkins of South Bend and Miss Charlee C. Solloway of Evansville; a son, Charlie J., of Evansville: a grandchild; a brother, Robert L., of South Bend; a half-brother. Henry DeRauck, of North Liberty: and two sisters, Mrs. Raymond Beard of South Bend and Mrs. George Mitchell of Three Oaks. He was a maintenance man at Et. Mary's College and veteran of World War II.
