Robert Traver

Stricken with infantile paralysis last Thursday in his home in Corpus Christi, Texas. Robert Traver. son of Dr. and Mrs. P. C. Traver, of this city, died today in Corpus Christi. Dr. Traver, flew to Corpus Christi Sunday. Born in South Bend, Sept. 29, 1913, he lived here until last July. He was employed by the Oliver Farm Equipment company, and went to Texas to assume a position with the San Antonio Supply Equipment company at Corpus Christi. He was graduated from Riley High school in 1932 and from Indiana university at Bloomington in 1937. He was president of the Acacia fraternity there and was a member of the Masonic fraternity here, affiliated with Portage lodge No. 673.

Surviving are his parents: his widow, Mrs. Ruth Traver. and a sister. Miss Mary Jane Traver, a student at Indiana university.
