Ella Mary Brinkman

Ella Mary Brinkman, 73, of 1921 S. Ironwood Drive, died at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in her home. Miss Brinkman retired in 1977 from Bendix Corp. after 45 years of service. She was born Feb. 23, 1915, in South Bend, where she lived all her life. Surviving is a friend, Margaret Kistler of South Bend, with whom she lived.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Hollis-Palmer Funeral Home, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., where friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. She was a member of the Southside Christian Church, District No. 3 of the Rebekahs, the Ladies Auxiliary of Patriarchs Militant and the Rebekah Assembly of Indiana, and was a 50-year member of the Schuyler Rebekah Lodge 39. Memorial contributions may be made to the Valley of Promise.
