worked for Kmart for 35 years. Now we travel quite a bit. We live in Florida. Fishing, snorkeling golfing. Enjoy vacationing with our adult children and Grand children as well as my siblings and friends.

After graduation I attended Purdue University earning a BA in Education in 1972 and a Master's in 1983. I taught and coached for 30 years in Indiana schools in Social Studies and Industrial Arts, including six years as the SB Riley HS head boys track coach [1985-1991]. I also owned a construction business in South Bend for 16 years. I retired from teaching in June 2013 from Eastside HS in Butler, Indiana I met my wife in 1973 and we were married in 1974. We have been blessed by the LORD with ten children, and currently 23 grandchildren. My main hobbies are researching and writing our family history and model railroading. We also enjoy travel and camping.

After Riley I went to Denison University, majoring in Biology (Pre-Med). After college I decided to abandon the pursuit of medicine and learned how to weld metal with the intention of becoming an artist/craftsman. I have pursued my love of art and craft since the mid-70's. My wife Nancy (chef/writer/educator) and I have been married for almost 30 years, and have lived near Traverse City, MI. We also lived in New York from 1996-2001 pursuing our careers.

Reporter WNDU News 1974 to 1983, covered the Elkhart County Pinto Trial, the shooting of Vernon Jordan, and the investigation of county Sheriff Ralph DeMeyer. I also was a communication's instructor at IUSB from 1984 until 1992. Contract Negotiator from 1992 through 2007 for Choice TV and Sprint Corp. Worked for Clarendon Foundation from 2007 through 2013 as a licensee relationship manager.

Moved to Long Beach, California right after graduation. Moved to Amarillo TX in 1967 to get married but it didn't happen so I moved back to South Bend in October of 1967. Left for California in August of 1968. Met my husband and after only 16 days of dating became engaged. Married October 1968 and still married to the love of my life. I worked for the U.S. Postal Service for many years and have been on disability since 2000. We currently live in a small town in Central Texas between Austin and Houston.

Right after graduation I joined the U.S. Air Force for 4 yrs. Went thru basic training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX., then went to Keesler AFB in Biloxi, Miss. for tech school. I then spent 2 yrs. at RAF Alconbury England. Aftet that I was tranferred to Clark AFB in the Phillipines assigned to the 1st Mobile Comm. Group. I was assigned on temp. duty to Korea, Viet Nam, abd Japan. After being honorably discharged I worked for Pepsi Cola, Modern Whse. in South Bend, LRS in Logansport, Riches in Muefreesboro, TN., and then 27 yrs at Syndicate Systems in Middlebury, IN. I have been retired for 4 yrs enjoying golf, fishing, working in the yard, building my model railroad (mainly in the winter), a little traveling, and just plain relaxing.

Graduated Ball State, Education and ROTC. 5 1/2 years in Airforce. Captain, crew commander, ICBM missile site. Got Masters in Economics while in service. Receives Outstanding Research Award for Masters Thesis. Worked as Economist in financial industry (banks, S&Ls, Insurance). Consulting Manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte Touche. Wrote 2 books on Business Continuity. One of the best sellers for that topic on Amazon. International Director for Business Continuity Planning with First American Title, and for CNA Insurance.

Graduated with BS in Physical Education from Ball State in 1967 and commissioned as 2nd Lt USAF. Spent 5 years at Ellsworth AFB as Crew Commander Minuteman Missile launch facility. Graduated with Master's Degree in Economics 1972. Worked as a bank economist in Miami starting in 1973. Joined Deloitte Haskins and Sells in 1983 as a strategic planning consultant. Since then, worked for several other banks and consulting firms. Moved to Detroit in 1993. Became national director for Business Continuity Planning for First American Title. Moved to Chicago as Consulting Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1999. Became national director of Business Continuity Planning for CNA Insurance. Wrote 2 books and several articles on Business Continuity Planning.

Graduated from Indiana University 1965 and from University of Michigan Law School in 1968; been practicing law in Charlotte, NC, since 1968; daughter and oldest son practice law with me; youngest son is a professor at a university in Denver, CO; met Barbara at IU and we married after graduation in 1965. Spend time working, traveling, time at a beach house in South Carolina and having fun with the grandchildren. The oldest grandchild continuing her efforts to be the favorite grandchild is a freshman at IU. Her twin brother is at Clemson. Look forward in the fall to our now annual beach reunion with Perkins, Nieman, Rickel and Widener.

After my time in the military I lived and worked in South Bend until I decided that I really didn't like cold and snowy weather anymore. The wife and I packed up and moved to Florida. The first couple of years were tough but, now after 10 years here it has gotten a lot better. No snow just hurricanes . Some trade off huh? If I'm not at work or outside you can find me in the kitchen trying to master another dish. Love to cook.

Attended Central Bible College Springfield Missouri 1960-63 After College served in the USN Reserve as an Interior Communications Electrician IC2/ (E5) Upon completion of Naval Duty returned to South Bend to be employed by Indiana Bell Telephone (Ameritech/AT&T) from November 1966 to 1994 in Marion, Kokomo, and Indianapolis Indiana. Last ten years of service was in the Major Account Center as Liaison to Indiana State Government Telecommunications, Cummins Engine. Upon retirement in 1994 moved to Springfield MO area to set up my dream of being a Cattle Farmer. Purchased 142 +- acres and built house and barns on the land in 1995 and began my Cow/Calf Operation, begining with 2 calves and eventually built the herd to be approx 100 head. After just starting the Cow/Calf Stocker business I was asked by Regal Data Company to go to Minneapolis MN as a Communication Consultant to US West Telco for 90 days, which turned out to be 18 months. After Minneapolis came other opportunities to work as a consultant an additional 9 years with other Telephone Companies in California, Texas, Washington, Alabama and back to Indiana with AT&T Wireless. Fortunately our son was able to run the farm while I was away 5-6 months at a time over that time period. I have retired from full time raising/selling cattle in 2015 and now lease the land to a wonderful young tenant enabling me to continue to be involved as much or as little as I desire.

Served in the Army for 7 years and decided to move on from that career. I was a Diesel Technician for a long time, when I stopped doing that I started as a Maintenance Technician for apartments. I recently was offered a job as an Outbound Coordinator for XPO, and hopefully this is my long term job. I spend a lot of time in the gym. I also spend a lot of time with family, my kids and my dogs, but I try to travel often.

After graduating from Harvard and attending Harvard Business School, worked for multinationals in Latin America and New York through the end of 1974 during which time lived and worked in Bolivia, Peru, Venezuela, Mexico and New York City. Returned to Bolivia in 1974 and started a group of family companies (large scale farming, cattle breeding, cotton ginning, rice milling, banking and soft/pasteurized drinks). Left these activities in 1984 and in the 90's started an Auditing and Consulting company and founded a private nature preserve together with Swiss and US foundations. Has been fully retired since 2004 and has lived in or near Santa Cruz, Bolivia since 1974.

Michigan Tech didn't work out - wrong school for me. Joined the Navy, got whst I wanted in educstion, adventure. 8years later, got out, tried Bendix in Troy MI then went into business for myself. 9 years later pulled the plug on that, took an offer down here. Resigned that in Mar of '01, two hours later I was working for the County. Finished up in June

We live in Dowagiac a couple of miles from Indian Lake on 5 acres. Our kids are married to great spouses and we are expecting our first grandchild in 2017. We've been fortunate to have horses, but gave that up a few years ago. The barn still sports cats and useless farm equipment. My mom passed away at 102. We had a great time at the 50th reunion especially the Friday night get-together. The event at The Exchange was beautiful, delicious and fun.

After 4+ years of deplorable studenthood at IU, majoring in art and comp lit, I then spent 40 years in branding/marketing communications: wrote ads, created campaigns, worked as a Mad Man in ad agencies in Indianapolis, New York and St. Louis for companies including Lancia/Fiat, Pirelli and Budweiser brands. I was active in motorsports as a racing driver, publicist and adman. After "retirement" from corporate life in 2006, I began painting, with some surprising success. Went to to work as director of a small community museum and there created an art school, where I gave lessons until 2013. Now I paint for collectors and pleasure. My wife and I met at IU, both of us working for the Daily Student. We both worked for newspapers and in ad agencies in NYC, later started our own in Indianapolis. In 2013 I was named a "Distinguished Hoosier" by Governor Mitch Daniels. Today my wife is a 3rd term county commissioner and we live on her family farm near eastern Indiana. Our two daughters happily reside in Indianapolis- one owns a winery with her husband-- the Easley Winery, bottling prize cabs and popular Reggae labels-- and the other is a pr manager at Cummins; our recently retired Marine son resides with his Marine wife in Tampa, where he has begun a new career as a supervising engineer with a construction company.

After graduating from Riley in 1957, I joined the Air Force for four years, serving three years in England. When I returned home in 1961, I worked for Super Par Oil Company. I married Susan Bowman in 1962. When Super Par was sold in 1969, I transferred to Illinois with the parent company, Union Oil Company of California (Union 76) I was divorced in 1982. In 1988, I was transferred to California where I spent nine years before retiring in 1997 with 33 years service. I returned to South Bend in 1997 to be with my family. My main interest is genealogy. I researched my family history and found that I had a ancestor in the Revolutionary War. I am now a member of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR).

I resided in Mishawaka/South Bend until I was 32, working for Associates/Diners Club, St. Joseph Mortgage and then Driving a School bus; while at the same time having 3 children, remodeling our home and helping to run my husbands business. Abruptly in 1982, I headed to Colorado (I won't elaborate due to sensitivity) and resided there for 15 years where I worked predominately in the Mortgage Banking industry and commercial Real Estate in management. I also was a Catering Director for Embassy Suites Hotel and the last 6 years did contract where I went into newly established businesses, organized their offices by getting systems and procedures in place, and hired personnel accordingly. I returned back to the Indiana area in 1997, where I have remained, and married Ron Marciniak (he passed away in 2012); owned and operated Action In Motion Professional Employment Services, Inc.; worked for 1st Source Mortgage and retired after 14 years, in 2015; I've kept busy by writing - the first book 'How Did This Happen', Make the most of your Journey and in the process of finishing the second book, Jeremy's Journey, Revelation of Destiny - and various ministries. And, I have 3 incredible kids and 6 amazing grand kids of which I travel to see my son & wife and 2 grand sons in Hawaii and my daughter & husband and grand son in California throughout the year. Currently I have a son ,wife and a step-daughter & husband that live here along with a grandson and two grand daughters. My life is full and very blessed!

Got my first job with CBS Corporation and spent 28 years in financial and general management working in Fort Wayne, Los Angeles (twice), San Diego, New York City, and Philadelphia. Owned my own company, Claus Enterprises, in the field of supplemental education for seven years before accepting a general management position with another broadcasting company in New Orleans where I am today. I plan to retire soon to our home in Seagrove Beach, Florida.

I was an avid skier and tennis player until both knees were replaced. I am enjoying life in central Florida, living in an O-55 golf resort community. It’s like being in paradise. Activities all the time — today major dog show in Lakeland, out for dinner tonight then music. Sadly, my last dog just passed, and I haven’t decided yet whether to get another one. Cruises and trips planned with friends. Hope y’all are doing well. I always enjoy when something happy is posted. And today in 2024, looking forward to 3 cruises this year. Bahamas, Canada, Mediterranean.

Moved back to South Bend (Southside!) in August 2014 after living 15 years in California (Orange Co. and Bakersfield). Husband was able to retire from the State of California at age 59 by moving back to more economic friendly Indiana! And we moved within 2 miles of my parents and sister's family
