Frank Stephen Pasman, 87, passed away
Friday April 24, 2015 at 2:20am in the Elkhart Center for Hospice.

Frank was
born in South Bend to the late Leopold and Katherine (Mayerhofer) Pasmann. He
was preceded in death by his brothers William (Stephie), Tony(Josephine), Leo(
Mary) and Fritz(Irene); and one of his sons, John.

He is survived by his
loving bride of over 60 years Esther (Vargo); whom he met while they both
attended Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Church and where both enjoyed performing
in stage productions. She, and their children Paul, Greg (Rose), and Mary,
grandchildren Gregory(Amanda), Jason(Kathleen), Katie, Annie, Maggie and TJ as
well as great-grandchildren Ethan, Quintin, Emily, Luke and Evan will all miss
him very much.

Frank served in the U.S. Army at the end of WWII, worked at
Studebaker Corp. for 8 years and finally retired from the U.S. Postal Service
after more than 39 years. Frank and Esther have been longtime members of Little
Flower Catholic Church and served the church in various volunteer functions.
Frank was a third degree member of the Knights of Columbus Santa Maria Council
#553. He and Esther volunteered with the St. Joseph High School Band Boosters
for 12 years. Frank loved to travel with family and friends including several
trips to Europe. He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed being
outdoors in his garden.

Visitation will be from 5-7pm Tuesday May 5th at
McGann Hay Funerals | Cremations | Gatherings, Granger Chapel, 13260 SR 23,
enter off Cherry Rd. A rosary will begin at 5pm in the funeral home. The Mass of
Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday May 6th at 11am at Little Flower
Parish on North Ironwood Rd. where friends may call one hour prior to mass in
the church. Burial of his ashes will follow at Highland Cemetery. Additionally,
a reception will be held for the residents of The Waterford at Edison Lakes at
6:30pm Wednesday the 6th.

The Pasman family would like to thank Davita of
Edison Lakes, Waterford, and Elkhart Center for Hospice for all there love and
care.
