Cynthia "Cindy" K (Kridler) Tuohy

April 23, 1948 ~ December 16, 2025

Cynthia “Cindy” K. Tuohy, 77, passed away on Tuesday, December 16. 2025, surrounded by family. She was born in Indiana, PA, to the late Lloyd F. and Eleanore B. (Grundy) Kridler. Cindy was preceded in death by her brother, William Kridler. She leaves behind her older brother, Ted (Carolyn) Kridler of Gibsonia, PA; daughter, Heather (Tuohy) Willekens of South Bend, IN; son, Chris Tuohy of South Bend, IN; three grandchildren, Taylor, Jordan, and Breanna; and five great-grandchildren, Kambree, Kamiya, Zebulon, Zoey, and Hudson.

Cindy was an avid cyclist. She rode her bike everywhere, regardless of the Midwest’s temperamental weather. You would always find her fridge full of RC Cola and her cupboard full of sweet treats. Cindy enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and was never one to shy away from anything they would cook up in the kitchen – even a four-year-old’s adventurous concoctions. Cindy also had a love for roosters, of the decoration variety, and took pride in her home.

Cindy had a generous heart and loved to bring joy to her family through thoughtful gift-giving, even when times were tough. Cindy was also one full of gratitude and would light up when being thought of. She was loved by those around her and will be greatly missed.

In accordance with her wishes, no service will be held.
