Joseph Patrick "Pat" Call

Joseph Patrick "Pat" Call, 74, of Goshen, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2024 at The Center for Hospice Care, surrounded by family and close friends. Pat was born June 17, 1949 in Columbus, Ohio to the late John A. and Harriet A. (Wetzel) Call.

On April 10, 1976 in Goshen, Pat married Vickie S. Cripe. She survives along with daughters Amy Call and Angela (David) Campbell. Dave was the son that he never had.

Pat graduated from J.W. Riley HS, South Bend in 1967. He got a degree in Business Marketing from Indiana University in 1972. Pat worked in the rubber and plastic molding industry for over 40 years specializing in sales engineering and management. The last 15 years of his career he was owner of J.P.C. Inc, a manufacturer's representative agency. He made many friends and acquaintances throughout his business years, never forgetting a name.

Pat was a sun lover, spending his summers in the pool and winters in Florida. His sarcastic sense of humor kept his family and friends on their toes. Pat taught his girls to be strong, hardworking, independent women. Family always came first for Pat. He will be a tough act to follow.

Per Pat's wishes, there will be no funeral or graveside services. A Celebration of Life will be held in June. The family requests memorials be made to The Center for Hospice Care, Elkhart and The American Cancer Society. Yoder-Culp Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
