Makes me sad every time I see various reminders that Jeff died in Viet Nam shortly after we graduated. Always a pleasant & fun person to be around in high school. I remember him most vividly in a school production we were in together. Always laughing & having fun with classmates.
Yes, like all our classmates and friends who lost their lives in Vietnam they were way too young.Thank you all for sharing your comments about Jonathon. - Rich
Jeff and I were Chemistry lab partners for one year under Miss Maureen Wolfe. We took Senior Life Saving together as partners. We saved each other hundreds of times. I used to think I could not save him one more time. Then, I thought he saved me. We were also in Church Youth Group with Rosalie Nagy. I went to Jeff's funeral with Rick Hoover. I have been meaning to thank Kathy Martin for her post almost two years ago. Thank You Kathy!
Isn't it wonderful we get a chance to remember others from time to time even though we might not have had real friendships.
Tom, You remindered me as well what a great service Kathy has provided for our class alumni thank you Kathy
I didn't know Jeffrey that well, but it is just really sad that he died so very young. I had severla friends who either died in Viet Nam or who came home from Viet Nam, a severely changed person.

I dated Jeff in high school. He was really a great person. He passed way too young.
