In Memory of Jerry Polis

Jerry’s untimely death on March 17, 1985 was a terrible shock to our family and his friends. Jerry was bright and funny and a very generous person. He had a very special way of making other people feel good. He was very involved in the Christmas program at all of the hospitals, helping out the lay workers so they could spend Christmas with their families. He was a wonderful photographer and had many hobbies. He was in business with our father in the Industrial Valve Industry. Jerry attended I. U. in Bloomington and was in the Air Force. He was married. He had a wonderful sense of humor and he lived it well. We all miss him.
