SOUTH BEND – Sharyl Wolvos Benovitz, 50, of Newton Centre, MA, formerly of South Bend, died Saturday in her home after an illness. Mrs. Benovits was born May 3, 1942, in South Bend, and moved to Massachusetts 16 years ago, going there from New Jersey. She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Benovitz of Newton Centre; a son, Eric of Newton Centre, her mother, Bernice Wolvos of South Bend, and a brother, Joel Wolvos of South Bend. She was a graduate of Purdue University.
