Carol Mauk passed away Saturday, June 21st, at the age of 66. She is survived by her husband, Mac Mauk of Fredericksburg; daughter, Julie Ann Nelson & husband Richard of Irvine, CA; daughter, Vickie Jo Dowsett & companion Michael Hartman of South Bend, IN; step-son, Greg Mauk & wife Sue of Freemont, IN; step-daughter, Carolyn Dyszkiewiecz of South Bend, IN; step-son, Dave Mauk & wife Lori of North Liberty, IN; 4 grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren & 4 step-great grandchildren. Carol was a volunteer for Hospice Petals For Patients, member of Fredericksburg Garden Club & member of Eastern Star Mission Chapter #527. The family will greet friends Saturday, June 28th, from 1-2 PM, in the chapel of Fredericksburg Funeral Home, with a memorial sevice following at 2 PM., with Rev. Anne Finn officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hill Country Memorial Hospice or the charity of one's choice.
