SOUTH BEND - Joan E. Reaves-Highland, 68, passed away Monday, March 3, 2014 in Memorial Hospital. Joan was born August 25, 1945 in South Bend to the late Lorenzo and Mary Pellet.

Survivors of Joan include her children, Tracy (Jeremy) Boettcher and Mike (Theresa) Reaves, all of South Bend; grandchildren, Crystal, Candice and Jeremy Boettcher and Jake Reaves; and close friend, Linden (Dan) Kalmar of Osceola.

Joan very much enjoyed shopping. Her family was her life, especially her children and grandchildren.

The family will have a private Memorial Service for Joan's life at a later date. St. Joseph Funeral Home, 1827 E. Ireland is assisting the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Condolences for the family may be made at www.sjfh.net.
