William F. Prikosovich
Sept. 5, 1928 - July 10, 2002
William F. "Bill" Prikosovich, 73, of Pasadena Avenue, passed away at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 10, in Hospice House. Mr. Prikosovich had been employed by B.F. Goodrich, Wheel & Rim, and American Transport. He was a member of the D.F.V. German Club, Calvert Rod & Gun Club, and the St. Anthony Sick Benefit Society. Bill was born on Sept. 5, 1928, in South Bend, Ind., to Anton and Mary (Barkovich) Prikosovich.
On Oct. 1, 1949, in Chicago, Ill., he married the former Mary Taicsich, who survives. He is also survived by two daughters, Suzy (Doug) Watkins of Anderson, Ind., and Jeannie (Duane) Menor of Denver, Colo.; a son, Thomas (Peg) Prikosovich of South Bend; five grandchildren, Nik Prikosovich, Mikael Prikosovich, Bekki Prikosovich, Andrew Watkins and Allison Watkins; two brothers, Rudy (Jackie) Prikosovich and Robert (Helen) Prikosovich, both of South Bend; and by a sister-inlaw, Betty Prikosovich of South Bend.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 13, in St. Jude Catholic Church. Cremation will follow. Family and friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 today in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 S. Kemble Avenue, where a Rosary will be recited at 3 p.m., and a prayer service at 7 p.m. by the Calvert Rod & Gun Club. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County, 111 Sunnybrook Court, South Bend, IN 46637.
