Shirley (Stein) Turbow-Leviton

SOUTH BEND -Shirley Turbow-Leviton, 69, of Regency Place, Dallas, formerly of South Bend, died Friday in the nursing facility.

Survivors include her husband, Al; two daughters, Leslie Gitlin of South Bend and Gigi Turbow-Marx of New Canaan, Conn.; two sons, Bruce Turbow of Dallas and Will Turbow of Highland Park, Ill.; and a sister, Sue Kobak of Valparaiso.

Services will be at 3 p.m. today in the chapel at Hebrew Orthodox Cemetery, Mishawaka. There will be no visitation. Forest G. Hay is handling arrangements
