Audrey Mae (Walters) Six
April 19, 1927 ~ May 6, 1970
Mrs. James A. Six, 43, of 122 E. Navarre St., died at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Hospital, following an illness of one week.
She was born in South Bend on April 19, 1927, and had lived here all her life.
As Miss Audrey M. Walters she married James A. Six on Sept. 15, 1946.
Surviving in addition to her husband are a son, Jimmy B. Six, at home; ; three daughters, Mrs. John Worns of Mishawaka, and Nancy and Debbie Ann Six, both at home; her mother, Mrs. Helen Walters of South Bend; a brother, Orville Walters of Webster, N.Y., a sister, Miss Donna Walters of South Bend; two half brothers, De Loss Walters of Detroit, Mich., and Richard Walters of South Bend; two half sisters, Mrs. Blanche Baske of South Bend, and Mrs. Gertrude Hare of South Whitley, Ind., and a grandson.
Friends may call after 7 p.m. today until 11. a.m. Saturday in the Ballard-Sprague Funeral Home, Mishawaka, and at the First English Evangelical Lutheran Church, Mishawaka, from 1 to p.m. Saturday.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the church, Rev. Frank Senn; supply pastor, will officiate and burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park.
Mrs. Six was a member of the First English Evangelical Lutheran Church.
