SOUTH BEND - Judith Dalton, 55, of Des Plaines, Ill., formerly of South Bend, died at 12:12 a.m. Saturday in Americana Health Care Center after an illness. She was an occupational therapist and was the owner of Restorative Service Consultants. She was born June 13, 1935, in South Bend.

Surviving are a brother, Donald Dalton of Greenfield, Wis.; two nieces, Deborah Crane and Susan Holloway; and a nephew, James Dalton. Services will be at 7 p.m. CST Monday in First Presbyterian Church in Des Plaines. Local services will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Riverview Cemetery, where burial will follow.

Friends may call Monday from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the church. Oehler Funeral Home in Des Plaines is in charge of arrangements
