KENDALLVILLE -- Patricia C. McVicar, 69, died of COPD and complications on Wednesday, April 4, at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne.

Mrs. McVicar was born in South Bend, Indiana, on November 5, 1937, to Albert and Annabell Currie.

She married James A. McVicar on November 26, 1960, in South Bend.

She was employed with Tokheim Corporation in Fort Wayne and the Bendix Corporation of South Bend.

Survivors include her husband, James McVicar of Kendallville; sons, Michael McVicar of Fort Wayne, Scott McVicar of San Antonio, Texas, and David (Maria) McVicar of Goshen; five grandsons; three sisters, Barbara Hoy and Bev Hupp of South Bend, and Marlene Sue and Michael Baker of Mishawaka; a brother, Albert and Sue Currie of Hudson, Michigan; and a sister-in-law, Myrta Currie of Phoenix, Arizona.
