Jane Ann Shinn, 88, of Mishawaka passed away peacefully on Monday November 18, 2024, at Creekside Village in Mishawaka.
Jane was born on September 23, 1936, in Mishawaka to the late Harry and Pearl (Miller) Shinn.
Jane worked for Casualty Insurance through the Hepler-Smith Insurance office, retiring in 1984 after 22 years. She was also a full-time caregiver for her parents and later for her sister, proudly caring for them until their passing.
Jane loved being involved with her church, Broadway Christian Parish. She loved to play bingo, listen to music, do crafts, and spend time with her friends and family.
Jane is survived by many close friends.
Jane was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Patsy.
Visitation for Jane will be held on Tuesday November 26, 2024, from 10am-11am at the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St. A funeral service will be held at 11am with Pastor Bob Vale officiating.
