SOUTH BEND Lloyd E. Boxwell, 71, of St. Paul's Retirement Center, died at 5:40 p.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph Hospital, Mishawaka. Mr. Boxwell was the owner of the former Boxwell Merchandise.
He was born April 28, 1918, in Coloma and lived in South Bend most of his life.
Services will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Bavo's Catholic Church, Mishawaka. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Hahn-Ballard Funeral Home, Mishawaka, where a wake will begin at 7:45 p.m
