Revena A. (Maloy) Desits

Revena A. Desits, 81, of South Parkway, South Bend, Ind., died at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, in Memorial Hospital.

She was born on Dec. 23, 1916, in Hagerstown, Pa., and lived in this area for over 70 years. She was a former employee of the former Wilson Brothers. Mrs. Desits was a member of the ABC Bowlers Club.

She was married on Nov. 9, 1946, in South Bend, as Revena Maloy to Joseph Desits, who survives. She is also survived by a sister, Ethel Kish of South Bend, and by several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Desits was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Maloy, and by a sister, Helen Varro.

Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today in the St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Road, where a wake service will be said at 4:30 p.m. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of donor's choice.
