C. Lucile (Whiteman) Reiter

C. LUCILE REITER, 80, died at 12:12 p.m. Nov. 14, 1998, at Lima Memorial Hospital. Reiter She was born Jan. 8, 1918, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Grover D. and Ruth A. Feller Whiteman. 

Mrs. Reiter was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Rose Catholic. Church, its altar society, St. Rita's Auxiliary, LaSertoma and Lima Central Catholic Band Boosters. 

On May 6, 1939, she married Albert J. Reiter Sr., who survives. Survivors also include a son, Albert (Valarie) Reiter Jr. of Coppell, Texas; a daughter, Sherry (Jim) Murino of Lima; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Bernard J. "Bernie" Reiter; and a brother, Lawrence A. Whiteman.

Services will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Rose Catholic Church. The Rev. J. Norbert Howe will officiate. Burial will be in Gethsemani Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Hogenkamp-Rousculp Funeral Home, where a parish wake service will be held at 8 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association or Lima Central Catholic High School. Lima
