Anne Dianne (Deck) Lewis

SAVANNAH, Mo. Anne D. Lewis, 65, Savannah, died Friday morning, Jan. 12, 1990, at her home unexpectedly.

Born in South Bend, Ind., Mrs. Lewis lived 25 years in Kansas City, Mo., prior to moving to Savannah in 1988. Mrs. Lewis was a member of the Savannah First Christian Church, the Savannah Jubileers, and was a volunteer of Hands of Hope Hospice.

She married Fred H. Lewis on Oct. 1, 1944. He died on Dec. 30, 1988.

Surviving: two sons, Thomas J. of Savannah, and Fred L. of Detroit, Mich.; and two granddaughters.

Services: 3 p.m. Monday. Mount Moriah and Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Mo.  Burial, Mount Moriah Cemetery. Visitation: 7 to 8:30 Sunday evening at the funeral home
