James E. Rodibaugh

GOSHEN - Services for James E. Rodibaugh, 60, of 1112 E. Douglas St., who died at 3:40 a.m. Monday in Goshen General Hospital after an illness, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. James Episcopal Church. Burial will be in Violett Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today in Yoder-Culp Funeral Home and an hour before the services Wednesday in the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
Mr. Rodibaugh was born May 19, 1925, in South Bend, and moved to Goshen in 1957. On May 31, 1947, in Ames, Iowa.he married the former Caroline Jean Evans. She died Oct 27, 1973. Surviving are three daughters, Rosemary Rodibaugh and Susan Rodibaugh, both of West Lafayette, Ind., and Margaret Bowman of Middleburg Heights, Ohio; a son, George of Rochester; three grandchildren; a sister, Donnabell Singleton of Niles; and a brother, Robert K. of South Bend.
Mr. Rodibaugh was a design engineer at L & J Press Corp., Elkhart. He was a 1946 graduate State University, where he was the top student in his mechanical engineering class. He also received a law degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1949. He was a member of the church and the American Legion, and had served on the Goshen School Board for five years
