Audrey C. (Hawblitzel) Tilden

July 15, 1915 – Oct. 30, 2004

Audrey C. Tilden, 89, retired from the Pima County Health Department, Tucson, Ariz., passed away on Saturday, Oct. 30, in Dana Point, Calif. Mrs. Tilden had resided in Tucson for 53 years before moving to California. She was born in South Bend, Ind., and came to Tucson in 1952.

Audrey was preceded in death by her husband, Charles. She was a long-standing member of the St.Mark’s United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a sister, Marie Baughman of New Carlisle, Ind.;and a brother, Stanley Hawblitzel of Argos, Ind.

Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov.11, in Evergreen Mortuary & Cemetery, Tucson, with Rev. Paul Caseman of St. Mark’s United Methodist officiating.
