Ernest Richard Prytz

Ernest R. Prytz, 62006 Redwood Rd., died at 12:30 a.m. today in Memorial Hospital after a year's illness. He was born in South Bend Oct. 26, 1916, and had lived all his life in the county.
He married Anita Domke in June, 1939. in Niles. Surviving are his widow; a daughter, Carolyn Ann; two sons, Ernest Jr. and John Paul, all at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. F. Prytz of South Bend; three sisters, Mrs. Ellen Mogren and Mrs. Pauline Shirk, both of South Bend, and Mrs. Esther Spurling of Carlisle, la., and two brothers, Leonard of South Bend, and Carl of Long Beach, Calif.
Friends may call after 7 p.m. today in the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home and until the services there at 3:30 p.m. Friday. Rev. Ralph Gwin, pastor of Sumption Prairie Methodist Church, of which Mr. Prytz was a member, will officiate. Burial will be in Sumption Prairie Cemetery
