SOUTH BEND — Erma Rose Gassensmith, 75, died Monday in Hospice House of St. Joseph County. Survivors include her husband, John; a daughter, Nancy Kieft of South Bend; a son, Bob of San Francisco; and a brother, Louis Toth of Livonia.

Services will be at 11 a.m.Thursday in St. Anthony dePadua Catholic Church. Friends may call from 11:30 a.m.to 1:30 p.m.and 6 to 8 p.m.Wednesday in McGann Hay, University Chapel, 2313 E. Edison Road
