LERCH-Services for Thomas J. Lerch, 49, of Lakewood, Ohio, formerly of South Bend, who died Tuesday in Cleveland after la three-week Friday in illness, St. will be Anthony's at 10 Catholic Church. Msgr. Jerome Bonk, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park. He was a tool desioner. He was born on May 11, 1918, in Logansport.

Surviving are his father, Sherman B. Lerch, of Fort Myers, Fla.; a son, John M., at home: a brother, Robert E., of South Bend; and a sister, Mrs. Edwin Gramelspecher, of River Edge, N.J. Friends may call after 7 p.m. today in the Bilancio-Guisinger Colonial Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St. The rosary will be recited there at 8:30 p.m. Thursday
