Anthony A. Nye, 63, of 1617-Mc- Kinley, died at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Medical Center after a lengthy illness. He was retired from the Indiana Carton Co. Born on Oct. 12, 1918, in South Bend, he had lived here all his life.
On July 4, 1940, in South Bend, he married Clementine Kubiak. She survives, along with his stepmother, Mrs. Gertrude Nye of South Bend; his stepfather, Ike Randolph of Glendale, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Ann Marie Davis and Mrs. Connie Craig, both of South Bend; two sons, Ronald of Mishawaka and John at home; five grandchildren; two halfsisters, Mrs. Arlene Cherrone and Mrs. Dorothy Cundiff, both of South Bend; two brothers, Ralph of Sun City, Calif. and Gene of Chicago; and two half-brothers, Carl of South Bend and Robert Randolph of Las Vegas, Nev.
Services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Adalbert's Catholic Church. Rev. Eugene J. Kazmierczak, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Kaniewski and Sons Funeral Home.
He was a World War II veteran and a member of M.R. Falcons Nest 4
