Nancy Caroline (Meyers) LaBelle

Nancy Caroline Meyers LaBelle, 70, died at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2003, in Country Care Nursing Center, where she had lived since 1999.

Born Feb.1, 1933, in South Bend, she graduated from South Bend Riley High School. She attended Ball State University. In 1956, she married Arthur John "Jack LaBelle. He died in 1994.

Mrs. LaBelle owned and operated Thayer Printing House in Thayer for 30 years. They later moved to Morocco and started Fountain Press in 1976. They retired in 1986. They then moved to Danville. She enjoyed reading and gardening.

Surviving are two daughters, Ann Eckman (husband: Jim) of Attica, and Dolce Britton (husband: Glenn) of Danville, ; and two sons, Thomas- LaBelle of Danville and John LaBelle of California.
