Stuart A. Hansen

Stuart A. Hansen, 74, of Indianapolis, formerly of South Bend, passed away Monday, October 17, 2005. He was born on July 15, 1931 .

Stuart was a 1950 graduate of Riley High School in South Bend and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He worked as division manager of Torrington Company for 35 years and then served as president and CEO of Rotation Products Corporation for 18 years.

Stuart married Arlene Miller Shaver on October 1, 2005, in Second Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis.

Funeral services will be held today, October 19, at 1:00 p.m. in Shirley Brothers Fishers-Castleton Chapel, 9900 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until time of services.

Stuart is survived by his wife, Arlene Miller (Shaver) Hansen; sons, Brad A. Hansen and Brent A. Hansen and his wife, Cindy; Arlene's children, Steven and Jane, Scott and Melissa, and Stuart and Vickie Shaver; grandchildren, Kimberly, Kristin and Andrew Hansen, and Brian and Brooke Rzepnicki; and Arlene's grandchildren, Zack, Kristian, Ryan, Lauren, Scotty and C.J. Shaver.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Delores Hansen, in 2001
