MILDRED LORETTA SPARKS, 77, of Plant City died Friday at South Florida Baptist Hospital. A native of South Bend, Ind., she moved to Plant City from South Bend 41 years ago. She was a homemaker and Baptist. She is survived by her husband, Gilbert, a son, Lee of Plant City, and a grandchild.
