Nancy Pietrzak Obituary
Nancy Collins Pietrzak, 87 years old, passed away at 12:00 AM Sunday, June 2, 2019. Nancy was born on July 24, 1931 in South Bend, to the late Herbert and Helen (Johnson) Collins. She has remained a lifelong area resident. In February, 1973 Nancy married Frank Pietrzak in South Bend. Frank preceded her in death in April 2004. Nancy’s daughter, Dianne Tibone also preceded her in death, as well as a grandson, Benjamin Rast.
Nancy is survived by her daughters Janis (Walter) Galvas of Dayton Ohio, Beth (Mike) Klajbor of Atlanta, GA; four grandchildren, Ryan & Allison Klajbor and Christian & Alexander Galvas as well as four great grandchildren, Justin, Meredith, Austin & Bella. Her sister Caryl Goffeney also survives.
