Theresa Lee Stout, a radiantly loving and courageous soul, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2024, in Mishawaka, IN. Born on August 9, 1958, in the heart of Texas, Theresa's journey was one of kindness and dedication, attributes that colored every aspect of her life.
Theresa's educational pursuits led her to earn an Associate’s degree in Cosmetology, a field where she manifested her creativity and caring nature through her work. She was a beacon of encouragement, nurturing the beauty in others not only through her craft but also through her interactions.
As the treasured matriarch, Theresa's legacy is lovingly embraced by her devoted daughter, Kristina Ciesiolka of Lake Mills, WI; her son, Eric Kessler of Plymouth; and her three adored grandchildren, Brayden, Bailey, and Alissa, who were the light of her life. Her spirit is also fondly remembered by her siblings: Diana (Flyde) Friend of Summersville, WV, Patti (Lance) Peters of South Bend, Vicki (Jeff) Hartgrove of South Bend, Charles English of South Bend, and James (Kathy) English Jr. of Clay, WV; together with many nieces and nephews who were touched by her generous heart.
Predeceased by her loving husband, James Stout, her parents, James and Betty (Kline) English Sr., sister Connie Daniels, and brother John English, Theresa's memory is etched in the hearts of those she loved. Her life, a testament to the power of unwavering kindness and courage, will continue to inspire all who were privileged to know her.
A private graveside service and burial will take place at Southlawn Cemetery, 61300 U.S. 31 South, South Bend, IN 46614. Palmer Funeral Home – Bubb Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
