SOUTH BEND Services for Udell Markham Jr., 35, of 201 E. Indiana Ave., who died at 5:05 a.m. Sunday in Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Alford's Mortuary. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call two hours before services in the funeral home

Mr. Markham was employed by the South Bend Community School Corp. as a bus driver. He was born Nov. 23, 1958, in Greenwood, Miss., and lived in survived South Bend most of his life.

He is survived by a son, Udell Ill of South Bend; his parents, Henrene Love of South Bend and Udell Sr. of Chicago; two sisters, Margaret Brazier of South Bend and Jacquelyn of Kalamazoo; four brothers, Michael, Carl, and Leonard, all of South Bend, and Deone of Queens, N.Y.; and a paternal grand- Greenmother, Susie Markham of Greenwood.
