Robert Edgar Horne

HORNE - Word has been received of the death Tuesday of Robert E. Horne, 54, of Pleasanton, Calif., formerly of South Bend, in Pleasanton after a three-week illness. He was a lawyer. Born Feb. 5, 1921, in South Bend, he had lived in California for 10 years.
On Feb. 23, 1946, he married Loretta Brown in Oshkosh, Wis. She survives, along with two sons, Jeffrey T. and Mark B., both at home, and a sister. Lois (William) Runyan of South Bend.
Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in the Lakeview Memorial Park Chapel, Oshkosh. Burial will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park. Oshkosh.
A graduate of Riley High School and Purdue University, Horne received a law degree from Indiana University
