William Richard Lean

William Richard Lean, aged 21, of 629 South 34th street, died at 2 p. m. Monday in Epworth hospital after two and one-half months' illness. He was born in Bend March 13, 1920, and lived all his life here.

He was married last March 20 to Mary Catherine Kirk, who survives. He also leaves his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William T. Lean, of South Bend; a sister, Mrs. Theodore Morris, South Bend, and a brother, Edward William Lean, South Bend.

He was employed by the Studebaker corporation.

Friends may call at the residence of the parents, 137 East Altgeld avenue, from 5 p. m. today until noon Wednesday when the body will be taken to Stull Memorial Methodist church to lie from noon until the funeral in the church at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Rev. H. L. Adams, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Fred, Stanley and Paul Anderson, Robert Heintzelman, Wesley, Button and Viney Smith
