SOUTH BEND Harry B. Gustafson , 76, of Hampshire Drive, died at 6:05 a.m. Sunday in St. Joseph's Medical Center after an illness. Mr. Gustafson retired in 1985 from Fluor Corp., Irvine, Calif., as a steel sales representative.
He was born Jan. 1, 1920, in South Bend.
On June 27, 1953, in Riverside, Calif., he married Frances Turner. She survives with a daughter, Teri Frain of South Bend; a son, Randy of Seattle; and two grandchildren.
He was a veteran of World War II.
Services will be at 7 p.m. today in Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, 435 S. Ironwood Drive. Cremation will follow, with burial in Southlawn Cemetery. Friends may call two hours before services in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association.
