SOUTH BEND Services for Norma Phyllis Heminger, 68, of Medco Center, who died at 7:37 a.m. Tuesday in the nursing home, will be at 8 p.m. Friday i in HahnDeVos Funeral Home, Mishawaka. Private burial will be Saturday at Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call two hours before services Friday in the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association or any charity. Mrs. Heminger was an employee of the Torrington Co. and Foret Plastic, a division of Wells Electric Co.

She was born Sept. 22, 1921, in Sullivan County, Ind., and lived in this area most of her life. She is survived by a daughter, Gail A. Cunningham of Irmo, S.C.; a son, Thomas L. of South Bend; three grandchildren; and a brother, Gerald Marvel of Jupiter, Fla
