Sylvia (Smith) Berebitsky

SOUTH BEND — Sylvia Berebitsky, 88, died Monday, March 12, in Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center.She was born Sept.4, 1918, as the daughter of the late David and Ida Smith.On Sept.7, 1947, she married Abe Berebitsky, who survives.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.

Sylvia worked for the American Red Cross for 10 years.

There will be no services.The McGann Hay, Forest G.Hay Funeral Home handled arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Sinai Synagogue.
