Betty Link, Table Tennis Player, Dies in Indiana By the Associated Press. SOUTH BEND, Ind., Sept. 11.- Mrs. Betty Henry Link, 22, who under her maiden name of Betty Henry became internationally known pesterdable She tennis player, been died under here treatment for cancer of the liver.

She was married September 18, 1943. to Radioman (Second Class) Edward G. Link of Indianapolis, who is stationed at the University of Chicago as an instructor..

In table tennis competition she held the Indiana State Women's Western Open and the Women's National championships. In 1936, when she was 14. she reached the quarter-finals of the world's championship in Vienna, Austria.
