Marilyn L (Crothers) Craig

Marilyn L. Craig December 21, 1925 – August 8, 2012 Marilyn L. (Crothers) Craig, 86, residing in South Bend, Indiana passed away on Wednesday morning, August 8, 2012, at her home, following a courageous battle with cancer.

Marilyn was born on December 21, 1925 in South Bend, IN to the late Sidney and Daisy (Webster) Crothers. She attended Riley High School. On November 22, 1947 in South Bend, she was united in marriage to Jack L. Craig, who preceded her in death on June 6, 1988. Marilyn formerly attended Crest Manor Church of the Brethren, South Bend. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed sewing, painting, and doing jigsaw puzzles.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, Sidney and Daisy Crothers; sister, Francis McClure; brother, Lloyd Crothers; and by her brother-in-law, Duane Fox.

She is survived by her daughters, Susan (Theodore), Karin (Gerald), Nancy (Steve) and son, Eric (Deborah). Six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; her sister, Delores Fox and special friend, Paul.

A family gathering in loving memory of Marilyn Craig will take place at a later date. Burial will take place at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola, IN.
