Mary Lee (Dubin) Schulman

Mary Lee Schulman, 82, of South Bend, Ind., passed away on Saturday, May 1, in her residence. She was born on October 8, 1921, in South Bend, to Hyman and Anna (Cohen) Dubin.On April 4, 1948, as Mary Dubin, she married Arthur Schulman.Mary was a member of the Hebrew Orthodox Congregation and a lifetime member of Hadassah.She owned and operated Bon Bon Antiques for many years.
Survivors include her husband, Arthur Schulman of South Bend; her daughters, Tela (Dan) Schulman-Hektor of Lakeville, Ind., and Judy (Rabbi Avrohom) Schnall of Monsey, N.Y.; ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and her sister, Betty Crile of Palm City, Fla. Mary was preceded in death by three sisters, Katie Berebitsky, Ida Dubin and Etta Portman;and also by her brother, Harry Gibbons.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, May 2, in the chapel of the Hebrew Orthodox Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made on behalf of Mary Lee Schulman to the Hebrew Orthodox Congregation. The Forest G.Hay Funeral Home handled arrangements
