Billy M.Hollenback, 86, of Indianapolis, formerly a resident of South Bend, died on Dec.11, 2008. He was born on April 10, 1922, to Emil Peter and Celia Mae (Pherson) Hollenback.He graduated from Purdue University. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII.He was an engineer with the Bendix Corp., the Tourington Co., and Rotation Products.He was a member of the Meridian Hills Kiwanis Club in Indianapolis.

Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Madeline Mary (DeClerck) Hollenback, in December 2007. He is survived by his daughters, Mary A. Hollenback and Jane A. (Larry) Wentland;his son, David M.(Karen) Hollenback;and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held today, December 14, 2008, at 3:00 PM at Flannner and Buchanan Funeral Center Washington Park North, 2706 Kessler Blvd.West Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46228, with calling from 1:00 PM to time of services.
