SOUTH BEND Carolyn (Steele) Lubach. 73, of Coupeville. Wash., formerly of South Bend, died Saturday in a Seattle hospital, of natural causes.

Survivors include her husband. Dr. John E.: three daughters and three sons, all of Washington: and two sisters, Phyllis White of Syracuse and Mary Lou Krider of South Bend.

There will be no services or visitation. American Memorial Funeral Directors, Renton, Wash.. handled arrangements
