Patricia Lynn (Williams) Kubisiak

January 18, 1961  -  May 14, 2026

     Patricia was born January 18, 1961, to parents Ugene and Shirley Williams in South Bend, Indiana. She passed away on May 14, 2026, at the age of 65.

   She married Michael Kubisiak February 6th, 2010, in Osceola, IN.

  Patricia dedicated many years of service to the deli department at Martin's Super Markets, where she was known for her warm personality, and friendly conversations with customers and coworkers alike. She was looking forward to her upcoming retirement, which was only a few short months away.

   Patricia loved traveling with her kids and grandchildren, especially to the Wisconsin Dells. Turkey Run was her absolute favorite place to get away with her husband and truly enjoy nature together. She was also a proud and active member of American Legion Post 303 for more than 20 years.

    Patricia is survived by her daughters, Emily Thompson, and Sara Thompson; her grandchildren, Ava Thompson, Royce Thompson, Levi Thompson, Avery Franklin, Mila Sleepers, and Tatum Franklin; as well as her sisters Peggy Kinces and Carol Szuba.

   She is preceded in death by her parents and her first husband.

  Per her wishes, cremation will take place. A Celebration of Life will be held at the American Legion Post 303 on May 30th, 2026, from 1pm to 5pm. Hahn Funeral Home has been entrusted with the final arrangements and extends their deepest sympathies to Patricia’s family.
