Ora Foster Barber

SOUTH BEND - Ora Foster "Jack" Barber, 70, of 223 E. Donald St., died Monday in his home after an illness. Mr. Barber was a car dealer from 1945 to 1963 and was employed by Wells Cargo Inc., Elkhart, retiring in 1982. He was born Jan. 6, 1920, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident.

He is survived by two sons, Brent F. and Craig F., both of Elkhart; four grandsons; and a great -grandchild.

He was an Air Force veteran of World War II, serving as a pilot.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Guisinger Colonial Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home
