Robert N. Harlin

Robert N. Harlin, 76, of 2527 W. Ewing St., Mishawaka, died at 4:03 p.m. Saturday, March 1, at St. Joseph's Medical Center, South Bend. Robert was retired from Richard's Construction Co. Born Aug. 5, 1920, in Mishawaka, he had been a lifelong area resident.
On Dec. 16, 1950, in South Bend, he married Lydia M. Wickizer, who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Charlene Gillman of Batesville, Ind., Laura Pangrac of South Bend, Carolyn Schori of Mishawaka, and a son, Robert Harlin of Dike, Texas. Seven grandchildren and a sister, Muriel Hatfield of Bristol, Ind., also survive.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Hollis-OrvisPalmer Funeral Home. Rev. Terry A. Tate of First Christian Church, Mishawaka, will officiate. Burial will be at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Robert was a World War II Air Force veteran. He was a member of the Air Force Association, Operating Engineers Local 150, Pioneers Auto Club and the Experimental Aircraft Assoc. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice.
