Mary Stewart, 42, of 54607 Maple Lane, died at 2:55 p.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph's Hospital after an illness since last February. She was born in December, 1922.
She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Joseph G. McNerney of South Bend; three sons, Timothy J. and Thomas W., both of South Bend, and James G. of Los Angeles; four brothers, Joseph McNerney of Birmingham, Mich., William McNerney of Niles, Charles and Robert McNerney both of South Bend, and two sisters, Mrs. James McNeile of Mishawaka, and Mrs. David J. Pilger of South Bend.
Friends may call after 7 p.m. today n the Hickey Funeral Home where arrangements are being made.
