SOUTH BEND Arthur V. Regan Jr., 76, of Hallandale, Fla., formerly of South Bend, died Wednesday in Memorial Regional Hospital, Hallandale. Survivors include his wife, Alice (Treacy) of Hallandale; three daughters, Rozanne Fuller of North Kingston, R.I., Carroll Regan-Driver and Treacy J. Regan, both of Lexington, Ky.; two sons, Arthur V. III of Lexington and Timothy F. of Cleveland Heights, Ohio; and four sisters, Mary Frances Ruppe of Clearwater, Fla., Carroll Fisher of Indianapolis, Kathleen Williams of Palm Harbor, Fla. and Patricia Schultheis of Elkhart.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Matthew's Catholic Church, Hallandale. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today in Robert Greaver Funeral Home, Hallandale, where a prayer service will be at 7:30 p.m. today
