Harriet Lucille (Rishel) Schrader

March 23, 1921 - June 23, 2002

Harriet Schrader, 81, of Coldwater, Mich., formerly of South Bend, Ind., died Sunday, June 23, 2002. Mrs. Schrader was born on March 23, 1921, in Buchanan, Mich., to Vaughn Clinton and Hattie Mae (Best) Rishel. She had resided in South Bend the majority of her life.

She had been employed by the Studebaker Corporation and Bendix Aviation. She retired in 1984 from Bendix Trucking after many years of service. She was a very active member of the Community of Christ Church and served as a priest. While living in South Bend she sang alto in the church's choir and performed at many' weddings.

She is survived by a daughter, Linda Elaine (Dean Leroy) Harroff of Petoskey, Mich.; grandchildren, Bethany Gay Pryor and Jeffrey Dean Harroff; great-grandchildren, Carley, Marole and Amy Pryor. She was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Hice, and a brother, Ross George Rishel.

A memorial service will be held at noon Saturday in the Community of Christ Church in Coldwater. Friends who wish may make memorials to the Community of Christ Church or to Camp Quality. Arrangements are by the Craig K. Kempf Funeral Home, Marshall, Mich
